…and drove.
We drove all night,
starting just before six o'clock pm, and driving until 4:30 am.
We booked it from Lexington to the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia -- which was beautiful.
We were driving there to visit
Polyface Farm, for a farm tour.
In the morning we went on a
whole farm tour, although the kids ditched early and went to the motorhome. I
stayed until lunch, when the children rejoined us briefly. That was a good lunch. Yummy!
Then all of us except mom and
dad (who stayed on the farm) went to the motorhome and watched videos for the
rest of the day.
Short and sweet this time!
